Switch 4300-28 unusal state

Hi everyone,   I have four 4300-28 switches in the network which are in an "unusal" state. They're working well and all but after some days/weeks/months they get unoperational. They block traffic,...

Yeah sorry about that software version I forgot. It's 12.0.9.4.

 

But do I need to register the switches in order to have fully management functionalitys or is this only for other switches?

Hi,

 

Now you're good, you don't need to register Fully Managed Switches (M4100, M4200, M4250, M4300, M4500 etc.) to access the full GUI/CLI 

 

It is only for the Smart switches, I hope it helps

    Hi Laurent,

     

    yes, that helps alot.

     

    But the fault state is still an issue... but maybe an update does. :-)
