Just to be sure, to remove:
no set igmp
no set igmp header-validation
no set igmp querier
no set igmp proxy-querier
I have to enter:
set igmp
set igmp header-validation
set igmp querier
set igmp proxy-querier
In the global config menu ?
But, in the web interface IGMP is enable, maybe it's a bug ?

Mar 14, 2018Hi KrustyK
It's IGMP snooping global config.
'set igmp' is for IGMP Snooping global config;
'ip igmp' is for IGMP global config;
According to your cli command display info, looks like port 1/0/11 and 1/0/13 didn't learn IGMP groups(224.0.1.129) member. One more question: Is the PTP receiver can generate IGMP report to join the groups(224.0.1.129)?
Could you please collect the IGMP packet statistics for port 1/0/11 and 1/0/13, the command as below:
show ip igmp interface stats 1/0/11
show ip igmp interface stats 1/0/13

Hi Retired_Member,
I've enabled igmp snooping and igmp with:
'set igmp' and 'ip igmp'.
But, I've a question, IGMP can works on Netgear equipments without IGMP snooping ?
Yes, my ptp receivers can generate IGMP reports, in direct connection everything works fine.

Hi KrustyK
1. It's must enable global IGMP Snooping(but not necessary to enable on VLAN and port);
2. From the result of interface ip igmp status, looks like the port 1/0/11 and 1/0/12 didn't receive any IGMP report packet, the statistics is always 0.

Hi Retired_Member,
The packets is received by the interface connected to the PTP emitter:
#show ip igmp interface stats 1/0/9
Querier Status................................. Querier
Querier IP Address............................. 192.168.4.2
Querier Up Time (hh:mm:ss) .................... 00:46:02
Querier Expiry Time (hh:mm:ss) ................ 00:00:00
Wrong Version Queries Received................. 0
Number of Joins Received....................... 23
Number of Groups............................... 1And, then dropped by the equipment.
Can you tell me which ip range is considered like multicast ip range for the switch ?
I've seen that netgear equipments have an option "Block Unknown Multicast Address", how can i disable it on m4300 8x8f ?
