Trouble connecting Netgear Switch to Cisco Switch

Hi ,
I am having issues with switch setup. I am using CLI to configure ports as I am more familiar with CLI on Cisco switches. I am unable to setup a new management vlan with mgmt. IP on switch. Also I am unable to setup LAG (port-channel) with cisco switch.

I tried to follow the Software Admin Manual but it did not help.
Below is my config task and CLI configuration CONFIG TASK:
1. Create Vlans 511,541,542,535,592
2. Create SVI (interface vlan) for Vlan 592 and assign IP address to the SVI (172.20.4.x)
3. Create Trunk Port 0/23 and 0/24 and allow tagged vlans 511,541,542,535,592 on trunk port
4. Create LAG (port-channel) consisting of ports 0/23 and 0/24
5. Assign ports in each vlan as untagged vlan ports port 1 - 8 vlan 511 .......
6. The port-channel will connect to Cisco Switch. Please provide configuration guide to setup LAG between the Netgear switch and Cisco switch.
7. Allow DHCP packets to pass through the LAG

Current CLI config:

vlan database
vlan 511,535,541-542,592
vlan routing 592 1
