Unable to access managed switch
I have a managed switch that was previously using DHCP.
We changed it and set it Static and set ip 192.168.50.2
Subnet mask to 255.255.255.0
and Gateway to 192.168.50.1
Since doing this we have completely lost access to it.
I have connected to it and set my ip to be in 192.168.50.x but I still cant get to it.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi joehaywardPEL,
Welcome to Netgear Community!
I go to download center for netgear.com and find Smartwizard Utility Version 2.5.5.
Please install it on your PC, and try to discover the switch with real ip.
Regards,
NETGEAR Employee.
