Welcome to the community!
Just to add from what FURRYe38 have suggested, you may want to check the ethernet cable/s you were using and also you can set the POE port settings where the AP is connected to deliver power at 802.3at which the WAX220 would require. If the AP continues to misbehave, kindly share a snapshot of the POE port status of the switch showing the port where the said AP is connected.
