Does one WAX connected do this?
I would check with NG support on what PoE power is being provided by the switch to make sure it supports the power needed by the WAX APs. May not be getting correct power requirements.
Make sure the switch is correctly delivering IP addresses and traffic.
Does a wired PC get internet thru this switch?

Undoubted, the MS108EUP is easily able to power a WAX220 (and much more) with the by 4x 802.3bt Type 3 (max 60W each) and the 4x 802.3at (max 30 W each). Perfectly within the specs, unless esceeding the maxiumum total power allowance, which is slighty less than the theoretical possible load of 360 W, lot of headroom for most typcial applications.
Have probably configured something strange?
On the WAX220, in System Manager -> Log the complete System Log can be downloaded, would be more meaningful than digging in the dark.
Have already Factory Reset the WAX220?
