Thanks for answer.
Unfortunately, support cannot helped me.
It is my mistake. Need an invoice for a replacement under warranty, but I have not saved it.
It switch buyed about one or two year ago.
It was stored but did not open after buyed.I am checked the power supply unit, it did not give out the main voltage.
Only +12VSB. For this reason, the fan LEDs light like solid amber.
I think all fans use power from main 12V line, because 12VSB have limit about 1A.
At my own risk, I bought a new APS250W.
Today I am received it.
After install new APS250W, my switch working.

I have hardware like as topic creator from this post (After read this post I see that netgear doesn't respond to customers to similar problems):
https://community.netgear.com/t5/Managed-Switches/M4300-24X-sudden-restarts/m-p/1862083
My M4300 specs: M4300-24X (FW: 12.09.0.3)
Can there be problems with the power supply?
What does a switch look like when the power supply is not working properly?
APS250W that installed in my M4300 it is UMEC 2505R-01.
Now Netgear sell same power supply(APS250W) from maker Great Wall.
Maybe it is updated because UMEC 2505R have problem?

Welcome to the community! :)
If the Fan LED is solid amber, it means that one or more fans failed. As reference, kindly check page 40 of the M4300 Hardware Installation Guide here.
Also, I inquired your concern to the NETGEAR Support Team and your support ticket is now assigned to a NETGEAR Support Expert. Kindly wait for their response and surely, a hardware check will be conducted on your M4300-24x switch.
