XSM4324CS - Netgear M4300. Power LED and Fan led solid amber

Hello community members,   Today I open early buyed Netgear M4300-24x switch. But when I plug power into switch's power supply (APS250W) I have only power LED, Fan led solid amber and show "1" on ...

    Thanks for answer.

    Unfortunately, support cannot helped me.
    It is my mistake. Need an invoice for a replacement under warranty, but I have not saved it.
    It switch buyed about one or two year ago.
    It was stored but did not open after buyed.

    I am checked the power supply unit, it did not give out the main voltage.
    Only +12VSB. For this reason, the fan LEDs light like solid amber.
    I think all fans use power from main 12V line, because 12VSB have limit about 1A.
    At my own risk, I bought a new APS250W.
    Today I am received it.
    After install new APS250W, my switch working.
