24 Ports Working on DHCP in M4352 out of 48 ports
Hello
I have two issues in my new M4352 Switch
Its recognising both 1G and 10 G fiber modules in its slot number 1/0/51 and 1/0/52, however the link is not getting up on my single mode fiber whih is working absolutely fine on other set of media converters.
Also out of 48 ports only first 24 ports are able to obtain DHCP on machines. pls advise

Port configued to Switch mode? Default is stacking mode AFIK https://kb.netgear.com/21898/How-do-I-configure-a-stacking-port-as-an-ethernet-port-using-the-web-interface-on-my-managed-switch

the 4 x uplink ports are in ethernet mode only. They detect fiber modules with their firmware description/ speec etc but always link down
ALso only first 24 ports are communicating rest are not
As this is a new switch please get in touch with Netgear's customer support - suspect a hardware issue.
