Nighthawk X10 AD7200 LAN Ports Not Working
Hi everyone. First time needing to post anything. Bought R9000 — Nighthawk X10 AD7200 Smart WiFi Router from Amazon on 2020-08-08. The ports stopped working after a storm we had. My Xfinity modem had to be replaced after the storm. The Nighthawk's wireless is working great but none of the ports work for my wired devices. All fairly new cables. Very similar to this 2018 post: https://community.netgear.com/t5/Nighthawk-Wi-Fi-5-AC-Routers/Nighthawk-X10-R9000-LAN-Ports/m-p/1671893
The loopback test was successful. All ports lit up: https://kb.netgear.com/28408/An-Internet-or-LAN-port-isn-t-working-correctly-on-my-router-How-do-I-perform-a-loopback-test-to-check-the-port?language=en_US
I know it's out of warranty so I was hoping the community could share any tricks that might save me from having to replace it. I didn't do a factory reset since, reading through forums, it didn't sound like it would do anything. It's also on the latest version of firmware.
Thank you for any support you can provide.
Yep it ended up not being the ports, just everything that was connected. Replaced docking station, vpn hardware and NIC and it's working. Thanks for your help.

Try this, disconnect the router from the ISP modem and ALL other ethernet devices.
Press the reset button for 10 seconds then release. Wait 15 seconds, then pull the power adapter from the wall out let.
Wait 1 minute.
Press the power button so it pushed out or goes to the OFF position.
Plug what power adapter back in.
Press the power button to turn ON the router.
Connect only one ethernet cable to the back of the router, try port #6.
After the LEDs are ON, try accessing the router at 192.168.1.1 with a web browser...

Storms are unpredictable in the effects they can cause. The LAN section may just be dead.
Any sign of life on the LAN LEDs.
I assume that you have reset the device.
There is also a chance that the firmware got corrupt, but not fatally killed, in the storm So you could see if you can bring it back to life by reflashing the firmware.
How do I manually upgrade firmware to my NETGEAR router? | Answer | NETGEAR Support

Tried michaelkenwa suggestion, no luck yet. One thing I did notice is my gateway is no longer 192.168.1.1 but 172.16.0.1. Any idea what that is about?
