After the insight app update i am no longer able to connect to my switches.
After the insight app update i am no longer able to connect to my switches. The app comes back with "device not registered to the network. Please contact your administrator" message on all 4 of my ProSafe switches.
The app sees the switches and some of the data of them, but it just don't let me connect.

Re-add the switches to Insight cloud (I guess that's the App you are talking of), using serial number and MAC.
Please post more details, like switch model(s) and firmware version.
Keep in mind the App resp the mobile phone/tablet does not connect direct to the switches. Much more, the switches are connecting to the Insight cloud, just like the App...
