Cannot Access Admin Page on GS308EPP
Hi All,
I cannot for the life of me access the admin page of my GS308EPP switch I just bought. The switch works fine, powers up devices and routes data from the internet onto devices.
The NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool 1.2.103 finds the switch and gives me it's IP but when I click on the "Admin" button page... The browser opens... and then nothing... it times out. When I ping it, it doesn't respond.
My router shows the switch in the DHCP lease table but shows it as offline. The IP address stated on the router and "NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool 1.2.103" match.
I tried resetting to factory defaults and connecting my computer directly to the switch via ethernet with nothing else connected to it and the story is exactly the same above.
Help?
Update: Tried accessing it from my phone it all works as expected. Still no joy from the laptop so I assume there's something about it Windows Firewall doesn't like.
