Cannot Download Config for GS728TP
Hello, I'm trying to download the configuration of my Netgear GS728TP, but every time I try, I get "Failed - Network error" message.
Searching the web, I find a lot of people have had this issue but were unable to resolve it, I wonder if there's anything else I could try? I've tired incognito browser, different browsers, connecting alone off the main network, nothing works.

I guess when I said " I find a lot of people have had this issue but were unable to resolve it" - that's still the case! Frustrating as there's no way to save any config.
I had the same issue, always got a “Failed - Network Error” no matter what browser or setup I used.
What finally worked was using Microsoft Edge with Internet Explorer mode enabled. I added the switch's IP under the IE mode settings, and then the config download worked perfectly through the web interface.
