Connecting Netgera GS724tpv2 to s cisco 2960 uplink

Hello ,

I am trying to connect a GS724tpv2 to s cisco 2960 switch.

I am unable to

I create vlan on the GS724tpv2 and pass the vlan as access then as trunk from cisco side

The port on GS724tpv2 won't come online and on the cisco side it says err disabled

Can someone please tell me how to connect this switch to a cisco switch. What config should on the cisco side and what config be there on the netgear switch side.

    vaiku007,

    Welcome to our community! :)

In order for you to connect this switch to another switch will be depending on your setup. If you are using VLANs from the cisco switch, you may need to assign the uplink port of the NETGEAR switch to T or Tagged and make sure that the cisco switch is also assigned as a trunk port.
