Device Connection Port Identification

Hi,

I have a Prosafe Plus GS105E and a GS108E connected on my home network.  They are connected to a number of devices including TV, NAS, router, computers, security cameras, NVR etc and I'd like to know which devices are connected to which port.

Is there any software or utilities out there for Windows 10 which can assist me in this to make it a lot easier than trying to follow the cables throughout the house?

Thanks

    • Proper labeling of cables on both ends.
    • Proper labeling of patch cables if longer cables are used..
    • Proper description field usage on the switch ports (ware not all Smart Managed Plus have it why ever).
    • Last but not least, a sheet of paper, a text file, or the ubiquitous Excel or the like.
