Error accessing registration server.
Getting this error message one minute after login to the web interface: "Registration An error occurred while accessing the NETGEAR registration server. Check your Internet". Bought the device with FW2.6.0.46. Got the error message. Updated to FW2.6.0.48. Still getting that message. I have no firewall and no other issues in my network. Internet is accessible normally. Every other service works. Seems like this issue is unsolved sind 2018.

Since you just newly upgrade the firmware to v2.6.0.48, let us try this. Perform a factory reset on the GS116Ev2 then reconfigure the settings from scratch in order to start clean using the latest firmware version. Then, observe if the same problem will occur.
