Firmware Update
I am currently running Firmware version 1.1.1.10 and I am trying to update to version 2.0.6.3 and when I use the HTTP method of "file download", choose "Archive", "image 1", then browse and select the .biz file I end up getting the error "File download through HTTP is failed. Reason: CRC failed" and I'm now sure how to remedy the issue.

Let us try this. Upgrade the firmware of your GS724TPv2 in a ladderized manner. Upgrade the firmware from v1.1.1.10 to v1.1.1.13, then from v1.1.13 to v1.1.1.25 and so on until you reached the latest firmware v2.0.6.3.
