GS108LP product support
We're using a GS108LP to power our 5 IP phones. Intermittently the phones stop working and we have to reboot the switch to return them to a working state. When the fault occurs, the phones still have power, however only a small number of the phones will ring (e.g 2 out of the 5 - normally they will all ring at the same time) and you're unable to answer the call. Simply rebooting the phones does not fix the issue. It's the main switch which requires a reboot and then the phones will work flawlessly for a number of days/weeks before the issue arises again.
The switch was purchased in March this year (2022), however I'm unable to raise a support case through the my.netgear website. The only support option I get is to come here or search the knowledge-base (which I've done and not found a suitable solution).
Please could someone let me know how I can raise a warranty repair/return on this switch.

Kindly access the GS108LP product support page here and click on the Guided Assistance button. Then, you can either login to your MyNETGEAR account or enter the serial number of your GS108LP then follow the online instructions for your GS108LP switch to have a hardware check.
