GS108Tv2 won't take firmware

I have a GS108Tv2 switch that is currently at v5.0.0.8. I am trying to upgrade to the latest firmware (5.4.2.36) but the switch is not taking the file. It just sits there. I've tried resetting to def...

A little but vague. Have unpacked the ZIP archive, and the file is GS108Tv2_GS110TPv2_v5.4.2.36.stk for example?
