GS108v3 Admin page inaccessible

Hello,

I just bought a GS108v3 for my house network and the admin page cannot be accessed. I've set my  computer IP manually to be on the same subnet (192.168.0.3).

I can see the switch with PROSafe Plus Utility but i have the following error:

I also used the Switch Discovery Tool which detects correctly and give the supposed URL of the admin page:

Does someone have a clue? 😞

The idea is the connect it to my router and share internet on the house cable network. I thought it would be kind of plug-and-play like with my previous non-manageable switch but apparently it needs some configuration.
