GS305E mobile WiFi loss of connection.
Newbie alert, hello everyone. I have a simple set up from a router to the GS305E switching device which is hard wired by Ethernet 40metres away. This works perfectly with one computer working ...
My mobile cell phone connects perfectly to WiFi 24/7 when nearby the router but as soon as I get close to the switching device prior to 0600 hrs BST the mobile device drops WiFi signal.
As others have said, this is very unlikely to be caused by the switch.
Try turning the switch off as a test to confirm this.
