GS308E no web access to 802.1Q enabled switch
I cannot connect to the web interface when my router sends tagged packets (802.1Q) to the switch. The router is running OpenWRT, switch is on latest firmware. Advanced VLAN 802.1Q is enabled. Ro...
So I solved this one myself:
on the router I had to set the port to the switch as follows:
vlan 1: untagged
vlan 3: tagged
Could someone explain why I can't just send tagged packets to the switch?
