GS308EPP PoE & REOLINK PoE doorbell

GS308EPP:

Port (PoE) doesent work regardless on the PoE setting with my NEW PoE Reolink doorbell (V3) -->IEEE 802.3af
What is strange is the fact that the PoE and data transmiton works fine with CAT 5 cable (without shield)
As soon I insert CAT 7 cable which is actually installed, it stops working.... The cable is the original patch cable 20 m long.

The cable was tested with professional tester and all good...
Any setting I try with CAT 7 cable (IEEE 802.3af, IEEE 802.3at,..) it just doesn't work (green status light blinks sometimes but not delivering any power)

If I try using standard PoE injector (802.3af) with the mentioned CAT 7 cable it works normally...
I also tried to use different cable (leviton patch cable 6a) and it didn't work as well..

The problem is with the switch.. Not sure where and what are my options...
I also tried to change port (6,7,..) but nothing helps..

 

Please advise my option or send the replacement... Since I didn't purchase 120 W PoE switch just to use
work around solutions to make it work...
