What is the size of the power plug for a GS308EPP PoE switch?

Can NETGEAR support supply a 12V DC to 54V DC power supply? (I need to operate the device from a 12V DC system and I want to avoid the efficiency penalty of double converting). If not, can you provide the size of the power connector so that I can source a suitable boost converter for this purpose?

Extreme unlikely.
Netgear does offer power supplies with the ubiquitous 100...120V AC 60 Hz and 220...240V AC @50Hz only.
Compare these dimensions with your switch and the existing power supply for the PoE models operating at 54V DC:
Outside diameter 6.5mm
Inside diameter 3mm
Barrel length 9.5mm.
