GS308Ev4, GS305E - Help with uplinks/downlinks
Could I please have some help or confirmation that I have these setup correctly? I'm weary that they are because I sometimes have trouble connecting to the admin interfaces on these switches. I've ...

Thanks for the reply. Ok, bit of clarification. This is a home network. And apologies for using the wrong up/down link terminology. It just made sense to me. Does the above configuration require a management VLAN?
You must ensuite the management or admin "VLAN" must be able to reach these switches on an untagged connection.
So the setup of GS308Ev4-1 for VLAN1 maybe needs to be:

I am wondering why you need all these vlans - can you clarify their purpose?

Sure. I started with just one that I called OLDVLAN. That way I could swap in my new Peplink B One, create the same SSIDs, and temporarily set all it's ports as Access to OLDVLAN. That got everything working as a flat network again (using unmanaged dump switches) but now using my new router. OLDVLAN still exists. Then I bought all these Netgear GS308/305 switches and started swapping them in. Then I started moving devices out of OLDVLAN. Tivos are now separate. Iot is separate. Kvm access for a server is separate. I'm just starting this endeavor and still plan on moving gaming consoles, Rokus, kids phones/laptops, parent laptops (both work and personal), etc. I have a tendency to go overboard.

Thanks for clarifying. My own home use is simpler - I double-route because my ISP router needs to remain on in order to to run my TV set top boxes, and it doesn't have all the routing features I want. So I use only VLANs to separate the two networks. My Orbi mesh already has an iOT network (and I have no wired iOT). My kids are grown, so isolating their devices isn't a factor.
