GS716Tv3: cannot find place to activate license key on my.netgear.com

Hello Netgear community, 

I was able to activate AVB 802.1AS license key, download the license, and get into the switch in one month ago in Dec, 2022 but now I cannot find the place to put license key in my.netgear anymore for our 2nd switch... and https://kb.netgear.com/19239/How-do-I-activate-software-licenses-with-NETGEAR-Managed-and-Smart-Switches seems need some serious upgrade. 

Anyone can help us with generating the license file from the key in the meantime? thank you!
