Hi Coldlance,
Welcome to the community!
Is the AP (WAX214v2) in the same subnet as your network (Router/Switch)? If it is you should be able to access and configure it when you are connected to the same network. Please follow the setup guide here and let us know if this helps.
Kind regards,
BrianL

Hey BrianL,
Thanks for the reply. Sorry I didn't get back sooner. The AP (WAX214v2) in the same subnet as your network. The AP is getting it's IP from the router just fine. I've also tried assigning a static IP address. I'm only able to access the AP's Web UI (either by using https://www.aplogin.net or typing the IP address) through a wireless device that is connected to the AP. Wired connection through the switch to the AP does not work.
I've gone through the guide and still no luck.
Thank you,
ColdLance
