Hi Coldlance,
Can or have you tried pining the Switch IP address from the devices connected to the AP (WiFi)? Also, send the tech-support file of the switch via PM so I can have a look.

Hey BrianL,
So pings from the AP to the switch - some packets make it and some are lost.
I tried to download(upload) the configuration file but I'm running into some similar to what this person is experiencing.

Yeah, I am at a lost to why there's packet losses. How is the AP working fine when directly connected to the router, but when connected to the switch it get's an IP address fine from the router and communication between the AP and switch just doesn't go?
The switch is at the latest firmware, 6.0.1.30.
