GS748Tv5 unable to access admin page
Hi,
I have a Netgear GS748Tv5 smartswitch.
I use an iMac so I'm using the Netgear Switch Discovery Tool.
My network consists of a modem, plugged into a Linksys Velop router which in turn is plugged into the switch.
My iMac is also plugged into the switch.
The network is governed by the Linksys Velop, all the devices have IP addresses on the same subnet.
The switch discovery tool "discovers" the switch, it lists it's MAC address and IP address.
If I look at the Velop admin console, I can find a device with a matching MAC/IP address combination.
However, I'm unable to ping the IP address of the switch and more importantly, the admin console won't load.
I get Safari's standard 'failed to load page - the server is not responding'.
I'm at a loss at the moment, I'm trying to diagnose a different issue on the network but without being able to log into the admin portal I'm blind.
