Intel x540-t2 - Links go down after few minutes :(

Hello, All.

I got NETGEAR XS708E network switch. With HP NC360T NICs on 1 gb all was ok (~2 month). 

I has changed network adapters in the few hosts to intel x540-t2 to get 10gb and got a problems.

After few minutes (~5 min) after booting all 10gb uplinks go down :( In few hosts situation are same. Sometime uplinks up at 1 gb speed. Very very strange situation.

NETGEAR XS708E firmware is latest - 1.00.12

New CAT6 cables.

I try to update firmware in x540-t2 adapters and drivers in ESXi hosts, but it doesn't help me.

Any ideas?
