JGS524ev2 & JGS516PE loosing some vlan configuration after reboot
Hi,
after a power cut I noticed that my vlan configurations were wrong.
I reconfigured them to get the network work again.
Afterwards i gave it a retry. I am rebooting the switches via the ui.
When the switches are back again i can see that exactly the same vlan configurations are wrong again.
I can reconfigure them -> save it ! -> reboot -> wrong config again.
Anyone facing the same issue ?
Best regards

Have no such models at hand for a test (I'm not with Netgear). What firmware is in place on these two models?

If current, the issue remains, and a factory reset and a scratch reconfig does not change the effect, what Web browser is used for the config? Does the WebUI show a different config after the reboot?

Welcome to the community! 🙂
I suggest you to open a support ticket with the NETGEAR Support Team here at anytime for a hardware check. If both of your switches has been proven faulty, be ready to submit the soft copy of the Proof of Purchase of both switches for warranty verification. If the hardware warranty is still valid on both switches, an online replacement will be processed.
