A GS724T with V1.0.3_30 is very unlikely a V3 model. Much more this firmware and model can not even be discovered on the SmartControlCenter.Insttwd the even more legacy Smartwizard Discovery needs to be used. This will unveil it's a V2
What exactly does the product label on the underside show?

I purchased this switch recently via ebay. Based on the information that you've brought to light. I'm beginning to wonder if a v3 case was used to house v2 internals. It's the only explanation that I can think of that would explain the current settings.
I'm more inclined to leave it as is and not take advantage of newer features that should be supported, as I'm using it in my home lab. If I were going to purchase a new switch, I would lean toward an SDN implementation like ubiquiti or omada.

Mystery solved!
After looking photos of internals for GS724Tv2
and v3
I went to inspect my switch, whereupon I learned that I do indeed have a v2!
The pictures of the label that I supplied earlier were from the auction listing and not the actual unit. I had assumed that the pictures in the listing were of the actual unit.
Thanks for your help in figuring this out!
