Managing Multiple Different Switches
Hello...
I've ordered a gs716tp and will be pairing it with a gs108e.
My question is about administrating them.
Can they both be managed, together, with a single piece of software or will I have to log into each switch with a web browser?
I've seen an old program called ProSAFE Plus Utility, but it looks to be discontinued.
I appreciate any help...

The ProSafe Plus utility was designed to discover Plus switches ("E" in the product designation postfix), apply a static IP or DHCP config. It allowed to configure each switch individually only, offered no global controls for multiple devices or other model series like Smart Managed Pro, another old naming for the "T" switch models.
The harmonized approach to manage multiple deices was introduced with Netgear Insight, allowing to manage and monitor multiple device classes. Because Insight requires massively more resources, the feature availability is limited to newer spec'ed models coming with more resources. Impossible to make everybody happy.
