MS510TXUP - POE doest not provide what is needed by Internet Access Point (Aruba 555)
Not sure if it is the same, but I have a MS510TXUP with Power Over Ethernet. I am using an Aruba AP-555. It needs approx 38watts to fully operate. However, when I look at the power consumptio...

Hi Sir,
Few questions need your help to double confirm:
Q1) Could we get the lldp med packets between Aruba AP-555 and MS510TXUP? it will be clear for us to confirm the negotiation between them.
Q2) when issue happen, what's the power supply status on MS510TXUP? could we get a screen for it?
Q3) could you provide us the firmware version, configuration file? Thanks.

I am very sorry - but I am not able to add pictures which become visible!!!
Questions 1: Could we get the lldp med packets between Aruba AP-555and MS510TXUP? it will be clear for us to confirm the negotiation between them.
How do I get the lldp med packets between Aruba AP-555and MS510TXUP, visible? Where do I need to look for?
From the Aruba is see the following information:
LLDP Power : Successfully negotiated at 40.0W Current Operational State : No restrictions (Overridden by LLDP) Eth0 HW POE status : POE BT, LLDP power: 40.0W Eth1 HW POE status : NONE, LLDP power: 0.0W
So it look like that there is a proper negotiation between the Aruba IAP 555 and the Netgear Switch POE. I see this information for both IAP's.
Question 2: when issue happen, what's the power supply status on MS510TXUP? could we get a screen for it?
What do you mean what with power supply status?
As what you can see, there are Aruba IAP 555, it only pulls 11300mW and 12100mW, in other words only approx 12w, while you would expect as it was negotiated per port 40W.
Question 3) could you provide us the firmware version, configuration file? Thanks.
Firmware:
Configuration file attached where sensitive info is crossed out
XMG6 and XMG8 are the two Aruba IAP 555, which are connected, and should have 40W of power.

You can, and did it right - the point is that in-line images are subject to manual validation and moderator approval.
