My GC510PP config missing "ip address dhcp" for "interface vlan 4089", how to add it?

Below, is some part of configuration of my GC510PP Insight Cloud Managed Switch.

.....
interface vlan 1
routing
ip address dhcp
exit
interface vlan 2
routing
ip address dhcp
exit
interface vlan 4089
routing
exit
auto-video
exit

vlan 1 - clients can get their IP addresses from DHCP Server normally.
vlan 2 - clients can get their IP addresses from DHCP Server normally.
vlan 4089 - clients can't reach the DHCP Server.

I've checked and compared all other settings and found that "interface vlan 4089" has no "ip address dhcp".
So, I suspect this part of configuration that may caused the problem.
And my question is why and how to get it?

Please advise, thanks.

    The

    ip address dhcp

is "just" to allow the routing adapter for that VLAN to run on a DHCP client so it does get it's config from the adjacent DHCP server. Coplete unrelated to the DHCP ability for that VLAN I'd say.

Is there a DHCP server atached to that VLAN 4089?

Any specific reason for (kind of abusing) this default VLAN 4089?
