    Hello Nicola31, 

     

    Welcome to the community! 

     

    You'll have to make sure that port 5 (PoE PD) is getting the correct amount of power. When port 5 (PoE PD) is powered by a device at 802.3at specification, you should see a green LED light (right side). See scenarios below: 

     

     

    If the PoE pass-thru is enabled you should get 19W with 802.3at/7.9W with 802.3af input power.
