netgear gs724t poe injector

I have a netgear gs724t and am trying to use poe injectors. Whenever I use them on the switch every port negotiates down to 100mb regardless of what i set. Do i need specific voltage injectors? Doe...

    Exact make and model of a power injector.
    
    Well possible some injectors are not designed to passthrough all four pairs required for Gigabit Ethernet.
    
    Nothing the switch or switch admin can do here.
