That (STP) setting (default: ON) was the cause of this issue!
I didn't fully understand STP, so I couldn't fully utilize your comments.Thank you again for following up.
I wanted VLAN functionality, but it seems I was buying a device beyond my level of knowledge. I need to learn more about the device I purchased (GS308T).

A GS308 is an unmanaged switch, nothing to configure.
Or are we facing any kind of GS308E, GS308EP, or GS308EPP?
Unlikely with such a simple config, the Easy Smart Essentials Switches (PoE or not), but also the GS108E the OP is referring to, have a feature called LOOP DETECTION. If in doubt, disable this feature - especially if paired with some more sophisticated Mesh WiFi system, eg. used as a wireless access point.

This has no impact on the switch at least.

Thank you for your advice.
I confirmed the setting of the GS308T.
I had proceeded factory reset at the previous investigation procedures, and the confirmed setting: the loop protection setting was OFF.
I also confirmed the settings of the Sony router, but I could not find sittings regarding these loop protection/detection functions.
I am still having issues, but I appreciate your support.
