So I have finally gotten the phones to work!!
I made sure that LLDP was enabled.
Then I deleted all tagging associated with Vlan 20, which is the Voice Vlan.
I did NOT delete Vlan 20, only any Tagging and Untagging.
Then I went to the Auto-VoIP.
There is a short list of vendors and the first 3 of their MAC's. What I missed before was that I can add MAC's to this list.
So, I deleted most of the existing info and then added the first 3 groups of the MAC's from the phones they want to work through the Netgear switch.
I then enabled Auto-VoIP on all of the interfaces.
By the time I could walk to the phones, they had the correct IP and attached computers had their correct IP!!!
Success!!
Thank you to everyone that contributed!!
