    huynguyen,

    Welcome to the community! :)

Let us isolate the problem.  Kindly answer the following:

    a. Is your GS724TP switch a GS724TPv1 or GS724TPv2 (v = version)?

    b. What is the current firmware version of your GS724TP switch?

    c. Have you tried clearing the cache of the browser you are using?  If not yet, clear the cache as well as try to use Incognito mode (or In-Private Browsing) when you access the web-GUI of the switch.

    d. Have you tried using other browsers such as Firefox or Chrome?  If not, kindly using other browsers.

    e. Have you tried to reboot your GS724TP switch?  If yes, and still does not work, kindly do a factory reset on your GS724TP switch and check if the same problem will occur.

    Regards,
