Possbile to cancel RMA Request?
Hi Community,
I have an MSX-510TXUP Switch where one of the fans is broken. I started the RMA process with Netgear support, however this got stuck (as seems to be a usual problem). It's no longer possible for me to contact Netgear using e-Mail (because the support case is closed and I can't open a new one). I have not received any e-Mail for the RMA, but I did leave some credit card details.
Since I bought the switch on Amazon less than two years ago they have accepted a return. I no longer need to RMA the device. How do I cancel the RMA? Calling Netgear is unfortunately not an option for me. Does anyone know if it's possible to cancel a RMA in progress?

May we know what is the support ticket number or RMA number that was provided to you?

The ticket number was: 46384426 and the RMA number was 3722640

Thank you for your response. 🙂 As per the NETGEAR Support Team that the status of your RMA # 3722640 shows "Exported." The RMA option selected was Advance Next Business Day. Just to verify, did you receive the replacement unit already?
