ProSafe GS724TV4 eav license key cannot be activated

Hi there,

I just registered a couple of GS724TV4 managed switches in my profile.

We bought a time ago some of the EAV license key's to use the AVB protocol on the switches.

But when i try to activate the license key, the webpage says it cannot be activated and need to contact the netgear help service.

Is there maybe someone who recognize this problem? I cannot contact the helpdesk because the service is expired.
