Prosafe JGS524PE Issue as wont boot and all leds yellow
HI. I am just wondering how I can get my switch reapired. Just yesterady it decided to throw up all leds as yellow and now will not boot properly. It is several years old but has been running flawlessly. I have read about doing the factory reset and powering down and up whilst doing this but this does not help. The unit will not boot. I have even left for several hours and powered off but on power up it is no change. I cant access the switch or connect to it. Any clues on how I can get this fixed? Thx

These switches are coming with a limited lifetime warranty for the initial customer. if you are the original customer, and have a proof of purchase at hand, head to https://my.netgear.com , register in case it was not done before already, select the device (just click on the designation/serial), and follow the [Request a hardware replacement] process.
