Please try to use the previous version of the ProSAFE Plus Utility. Yes, you can do everything in the web interface and Prosafe Utility is most recommended if you do have a lot of switches inside the network.

Thank you, JohnCarlo. I only have three switches, so I will probably just stick to the Web interface for now.
