Netgear Discovery tool 2.0.7.0 no longer finding my 5 switches.
I have used the utility many times before. Sometimes I have to run it twice to get results. Now it doesn't find anything. I can ping them all by IP, I can get into them via web and they are all...

A possible reason is you are not connecting to your LAN in Private mode - this will disable most discovery options.
To enable UPnP and network discovery in Windows 11, set your network profile to "Private" in Settings > Network & internet, then turn on Network Discovery in Advanced sharing settings.
Have - for what reason ever - disabled the UPnP SSDP based - Netgear Discovery Protocol?
Once done so, you will also find your switches in the Network section in Windows FIle Explorer - so the NDT becomes mostly obsolete or at least a duplicate.
For making this workable, your Windows system network adapter must be connected to the LAN serving this specific IP subnet only. The old NSDP used some L2 broadcast protocol looking for the MAC, that allowed to locate any switch, regardless of the switch LAN config, this is no longer the case now.
Recent firmware(s) had removed the legacy Netgear Switch Discovery Protocol (NSDP), so older versions of similar utilities won't list the switches anymore.
To avoid future confusion, please always include the firmware version installed on your GS105Ev2 and GS108Ev4 switches please. Current as of writing would be GS105Ev2 v1.6.0.21 and GS108Ev4 v1.0.1.9 if wally brain is right.
