PoE doesn't start_GS308EP

We test that too and directly from the breaker the PoE doesn't launch.
Fun fact, when we open the breaker, we could see briefly the green light of the port 1 lit, but of course lit off because the circuit is now open.

So the problem is with the quality of the mains power, not the UPS. The UPS is just passing along the mains power when the breaker is closed.
Have you tried testing the switch using a different outlet?
You could do a risk-buy of a new power adapter for the switch. Or maybe try a power conditioner on the mains.
Yes we perfom the same kind of tests on another outlet in a different room, and the issue followed.
What bother us the most is that the issue seems to be replicant but not at first use; It is just that at a time undefined, if the system has to be restart, if the switch was in a specific state, the PoE will not start following the launch procedure defined.
We checked the ground on different spot of our system, because we red that it can cause trouble with the PoE if not stabilze correctly but nothing were revelant.
