It seems that you are having issues with the VLAN setup that you have with GS324T. May I know if you also tried to assign the uplink port of the switch as T or tagged and then assign the port of the AV receiver as U or untagged then PVID 200. Do not change the PVID of the uplink port and leave it on VLAN 1.

Hi John,
Yes, the uplink port is tagged - see the attached; the ONKYO is on g6 - PVID 200, untagged VLAN 200.
The pfSense firewall is on port g24 - untagged VLAN 1, PVID 1, everything else is tagged...
