Firmware on all switches is listed as : 5.4.2.33.
Let us try to update the firmware of the GS108Tv2 switches to the latest version which is v5.4.2.36 then observe if the same problem will occur.

Thanks but that doesn't solve the problem.
To upgrade the switch firmware I need to run the Smart Control Centre. This only runs in Windows. I no longer have any capability to run Windows.
