throughput of 100mbit instead of 1000mbit.
I am using GS108PEv3 switch I connect a HikVision PoE IP camera to this. I use cabel type cab 6 S.FTP. The distance between camera and switch is 1 meter. I see that there is only a throughput of 100...

schumaku was correct, this model has a Fast Ethernet (10/100M) port, as stated on page 3 of this spec sheet.
