Unable to Uninstall NETGEAR Switch Discovery Tool
I recently installed the Netgear switch discovery tool (v1.2.103 dated 2021).
The tool appeared to install successfully launched.
The discovery tool detected my IP subnet and I was able to "Choose a Connection" (i.e. my IP Subnet) from the menu.
I clicked on "Start Searching" and the search status switched to " 0%".
Underneath the status progress % indicator is a soft button "Try Again".
At this point the tool appears to have hung/crashed.
None of the tools soft buttons function and closing the tool is the only action available to me.
I have now spent many hours researching this issue, however I cannot get the tool to operate and now wish to uninstall the tool.
Now I find I have another issue, I am unable to uninstall the tool.
Microsoft Windows 10 Uninstall service does not see the Netgear tool as being installed
(i.e. Windows 10 does not believe the tool is installed at all).
QUESTION: How do I uninstall the "Netgear switch discovery tool"?
All help and guidance appreciated. :-)

The NSDT v1.2.103 is - different from earlier versions - not an installed app, much more it's a click-and-run ad-hoc application, the run-time at all is set in place at application launch - and disappears again on exiting it.
Overall, both the older installable version and the current click-and-run one are very reliable - unless some GPL or other crazy policies (including crappy Anti Virus or end-point-security tools) prohibiting.
Overall, I would prefer it to be an installable application again - much more flexible for the wide scope of Netgear switch users (from home, SOHO, SMB, businesses).
